One team for the whole project.
Renovating more than one room usually means coordinating several separate trades, each with their own schedule, and dealing with the gaps when one finishes and the next hasn’t arrived. With Cubycon you have one point of contact and one team that covers design, supply and installation, including plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, flooring, decorating and bespoke joinery.
That makes it easier to get the order of work right. Pipework and wiring go in before walls are plastered, floors go down once the messy work is done, and decorating comes last, so finished surfaces aren’t damaged by the next trade.
We take on projects of every size, from refreshing a single room to renovating a whole home, including bringing a stripped-out shell back to a finished, liveable space. Many renovations combine a new kitchen or bathroom with work elsewhere in the house, and we can plan it all together. If you already have plans or a design, we’re happy to work from them.

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation, including plumbing, electrical work, tiling, flooring, plastering, decorating and bespoke work, so you don’t need to hire and coordinate separate trades.
Can the work be done in stages?
Yes. If it suits you better, we can plan the renovation in stages, for example one room or one floor at a time.
Can you work from my own plans?
Yes. We’re happy to work from your own design or plans, or to design the space with you.
How much does a renovation cost?
It depends entirely on the size of the project and the finishes you choose. After a free survey we send a detailed quote, so you know exactly what is included.
